Cancellation Policy

At Sara Mansour, each order is handled with great care and attention to detail. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Requests

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production, customization, sourcing, or shipment preparation has not yet begun.

Requests are considered received only after written confirmation from our team.

2. Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces

Due to the nature of our brand, many products are created specifically for each client.

Once production, customization, tailoring, alterations, embroidery, or any bespoke work has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.

This includes:

Made-to-order garments
Customized pieces
Personalized items
Special orders
Bespoke designs
Altered garments

3. Ready-to-Wear Orders

Ready-to-wear orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Bridal & Couture Orders

All bridal, couture, bespoke, and custom-created pieces are final sale.

Due to the extensive design, production, and fitting processes involved, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed and work has commenced.

5. Refund Processing

If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Sara Mansour reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, approve alternative solutions where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable law.
