Refund and Returns

Sara Mansour wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic orders (USA), of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.

• All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
  
• Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
• Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 14 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns received outside of the return window will be rejected. 

Customers who submit high-volume or frequent returns, including multiple orders returned within a short period, unusually large quantities, or patterns that indicate excessive or non-standard return activity, will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price.

Sara Mansour reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
